# Billing

> Upgrade, change plans, and manage your subscription.

Billing for Postbase Cloud runs on Stripe.

## Upgrading

Open **Billing** in the app to pick a [plan](/cloud/plans) and choose monthly or
annual billing. You're taken to Stripe Checkout to enter payment details.

## Managing your subscription

From **Billing** you can change plans, update your card, or cancel through the
Stripe customer portal. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period.

  Trials count as active access. If you reach a channel, seat, or AI limit,
  upgrade your plan to raise it.
